Inside the sunny new home of 20| 20 Research
BEFORE: (inset) “The reception area in the old space was very
cramped for the amount of people that were coming in,” says Mary
Raccuglia Reed, Interior Designer at Gresham, Smith & Partners, which
designed 20| 20’s new space.
AFTER: The new reception area on the second floor provides plenty
of room to greet focus-group participants. A nearby lounge offers
comfortable bench seating where participants can wait.

20| 20 Research needed room to breathe. The growing research firm’s Nashville, TN headquarters lacked adequate
workspace for employees and
accommodations for visiting
clients and focus groups, plus
the back of the office had zero
access to daylight.
“Our space was cramped. Our
meeting rooms were primarily
on the inside of the building and
were really tired,” notes Kathryn
Harlan, CEO of 20| 20 Facilities.
